Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory
practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling
appointments
Document and relay patient information according to Practice
guidelines and provide detailed appointment confirmations
Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of
new personnel while identifying process improvements for patient
experience
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED is required
Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
Effective interpersonal skills for teamwork with diverse
professionals
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications
Comfortable using various advanced communication tools
