Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Governance & Compliance
Senior Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with coordination of corporate governance operations and
continuous improvement efforts
Support the implementation and maintenance of the corporate
compliance and ethics program
Develop and provide training on the company's Guide to Business
Conduct and related policies
Required Qualifications
Five years of experience in a corporate governance and/or
compliance role
Bachelor's degree required
Juris Doctorate or relevant post-graduate degree preferred
Working knowledge of corporate governance and ethics
requirements
Experience with compliance initiatives and risk management
preferred
