Key Responsibilities
Utilize multiple software systems to support operations and assist
customers in recovering from fraudulent activities
Assist teams in addressing security, policy, service, fraud, and
compliance issues while enforcing the Acceptable Use Policy
Maintain communication through various channels and prioritize
workload effectively
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
2-5 years of relevant work experience
General knowledge of security and privacy issues
Experience with ticketing software such as Remedy or ServiceNow
Active engagement in continuing education related to
cybersecurity
