To be qualified, you must have 2-5+ years experience in the industry (preferably 5 or more years).Job Description/ Responsibilities:Technicians:Clean DMV and backgroundPositive friendly attitude and the ability to work with othersDrug/substance free workplaceAir compressors and pneumatic controlsBuilding automation controlsEPA CertificationCertificate of completion in trade school preferredQualifications:Technicians:2-5+ years experiencePerforms installation and preventative maintenance on all HVAC control systemsAssesses and diagnoses required repairs for estimated costReplaces electrical components such as compressors, contactor's, motors, relays and diagnoses any electrical or mechanical components to which these are relatedChanges out gas furnaces/boilers and split air conditioning systems, and installs ductless air conditioning and heat pumps, water heaters, sheet metal installation and transitions, refrigeration, condensate, and PVC ventingProcures all material in a timely manner to meet client service agreements for scheduled completion datesPossesses competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenanceResponds immediately to emergency situations and customer concernsPerforms all work to industry standards, and maintains a professional manner, and appearance at all timesComplies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives as related to building operations and practices safe work habitsShift:Typically Mon-Fri but could vary based on client and client needsBenefits:Depends on clientCompensation:2-3 years of experience $23-$253+ years of experience $28-$32About You:You are attentive, responsive, and can take control of situations.You are personable, determined, and driven to make a difference.
