Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Scan Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (08:30 - 19:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid License required upon submission Certifications: BLS, ARRT Advanced Must-Have: Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility. Description: Years of experience required: 2. First-time applicants accepted. There is a potential switch to weekend day shift. On-call is not required. Floating between like units is required. The facility will accommodate block schedules at the manager's discretion. Local applicants are accepted at a lower pay rate. Travelers must submit any requested time off at time of submission. Assignment includes 40 orientation hours. Travelers must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Staff may be expected to float between sister facilities. Modules may be required pre-start and annually, with completion recorded in transcripts. Scrub color for radiology staff is black. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment. Providers will be supplied with communication devices if required, or compensated for work-related cell phone use. Housing options may be limited and should be researched in advance. Orientation is 40 hours non-billable.
