  Requirements:
  --- Active unrestricted CA License
  --- Active DEA
  --- Active AHA BLS certifications
  --- Minimum 3 years of experience
  --- PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
  --- NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II
  --- Board Certified
  --- Full-time coverage is mandatory-no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
  --- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
