Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Liability Trial Attorney to join
their in-house Staff Legal team and work remotely from Washington
State.
Key Responsibilities
Represent commercial insureds by preparing and trying high
complexity General Liability and Commercial Auto cases
Conduct all aspects of insurance defense, including legal analysis,
pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
Handle post-trial activities and collaborate with remote teams
using computer-based systems
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor and 7 or more years of experience in litigation
Active member in good standing of the Washington State Bar
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal research tools
like Lexis or Westlaw
Knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance defense
litigation environment
First chair jury trial experience preferred
