**MUST have experience with ICP monitoring and ventrics**
**HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE CONSIDERED, HOWEVER IT CANNOT BE GUARANTEED**
Ratios: 1 to 1-2, 90% of the time will be 1 to 2 ratio
