Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist (VA License)
to provide virtual mental health care to students.
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual, evidence-based mental health counseling and
therapeutic interventions to K-12 students
Conduct initial mental health intake assessments, diagnose, and
create individual treatment plans
Collaborate with care management teams and maintain accurate
documentation in compliance with guidelines
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Virginia
and the state of residence
Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with
school-aged children
Ability to obtain a Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check
upon hire
Strong technological skills for digital documentation and software
use
Bilingual proficiency in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or
Tagalog is a plus
