Raisso is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a
travel nursing job in Eureka, California. Job Description &
Requirements
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN)
for our Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will have at
least 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery, with the ability
to work every other weekend and take on-call shifts. First-time
travelers are welcome to apply! The facility utilizes Epic for
charting and has a total of 150 staffed beds. Join us in providing
top-tier care to mothers and newborns!
Key Responsibilities:
--- Provide exceptional care to patients during labor and
delivery.
--- Assist with labor management and the delivery process.
--- Perform postpartum assessments and provide education to new
mothers.
--- Monitor fetal and maternal well-being during labor.
--- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare
providers to ensure a positive delivery experience.
--- Float between like units as needed.
--- Adhere to hospital policies and infection control
procedures.
Required Qualifications:
--- 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery (required).
--- ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications (required).
--- Must be willing to work every other weekend (required).
--- On-call availability required.
--- Must be willing to float between like units.
--- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at the time of
submission.
--- Locals accepted.
--- Pending licenses not accepted.
Additional Information:
--- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
--- Guaranteed Hours: Facility is able to call off once per
two-week pay period.
--- Scrub Color: Any solid color, typically Royal Blue or Navy.
--- Charting System: Epic.
