Job Description & Requirements Urology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20 This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Clinic is 8:00a --- 5:00p (Monday --- Thursday) and 7:30a --- 5:00p on Fridays. Followed by nightly pager call and 24 hour call on weekends Job Setting: Trauma Level 3 Types of Cases: 98% Adults --- 2% Pediatrics Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Must have California License and an active Fluoroscopy License along with Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Must be Board Certified Facility Location The largest West Coast city on the Pacific north of San Francisco, Eureka is a beautiful city located on the picturesque Humboldt Bay.
