Job Description:

Summary: Join our family practice team as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all age groups. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care. Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, and educate patients on self-care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education. Qualifications:
  • Current NP licensure.
  • Furnishing License with Schedules II
  • Active DEA needed before the start
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in primary care or family practice is highly preferred
  • Proficient in physical assessments, diagnosis, and chronic disease management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Setting:
    • Outpatient clinic setting (Monday-Friday 8-5)
    • A mix of peds/adults
    • Includes some Chronic Pain Management Pay: $110k-$184k Pay is flexible and negotiable +
