--- NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II
--- Immunizations such as Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results, etc
(results must be within 90 days before start date)
--- COVID Vaccination proof (Primary Series + Booster OR 1 dose
current)
--- At least 3 yrs of experience in a similar setting
