Job Description:
Specialty: General Dentistry
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Mon-Friday 8-5, Mon-Friday 8-5, Mon-Thur. 7-6, or Tue-Fri
7-6
Contract Length: 3 months minimum with option to extend
Work Details:
Patient population/age: 50/50 kids/adults
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: Three RDH, other DDS on staff, Oral Surgeon
Procedures: Extractions, Restorative procedures, fillings,
Well-Child Care, Root Canals, Full and Partial Dentures
Experience treating underserved patient populations
Practice Setting:
Community Health Center
Requirements:
License required: Active CA License
DEA: Yes
Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 Days depending on providers
background and whether they have previously credentialed with
Medi-Cal
