A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Consultant
Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute strategies to enhance understanding and
appreciation of the company's offerings among consultants and
partners
Lead and manage a team focused on building relationships with
consulting houses and brokers
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and
create educational materials for consultants
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in healthcare benefits, ideally with a
background in benefits consulting or leading Consultant
Relations
Established relationships with employer benefit consultants and
contracting experience
Strong team leadership skills with a focus on creating clarity and
fostering a high-performance culture
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills tailored to
diverse audiences
Data-driven decision-making abilities to identify success metrics
and inform team strategies
