Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Compile and analyze financial information for financial statements
and accounting reports
Review budgets, invoices, and accounting documents to resolve
discrepancies
Perform bank reconciliations, manage mortgage payments, and
maintain accounting control procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Experience in property accounting or real estate finance
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting
tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
